Our couscous magic landed in Cologne, Germany for Anuga 2021, the world’s largest fair dedicated to the Food & Beverage sector.
To inaugurate our participation in the fair, we decided to present one of our couscous-based super novelties. We are talking about Crispycous, the first crispy couscous breadcrumbs.
Crispycous is an alternative to the usual breadcrumbs, much tastier, lighter, crispier and also suitable for those who are watching their waistline because it does not need to be fried.
