Did you know that couscous can be used to make a variety of dishes? Couscous is an extremely versatile ingredient that can be easily adapted to dishes that we prepare every day. The couscous omelette
for example, is an excellent alternative to the simple omelet, and thanks to the presence of proteins and carbohydrates it is a complete and healthy meal!

Ingredients
- 100 g organic couscous;
- 300 ml water;
- 2 egg;
- 50 g Parmesan cheese;
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sunflower oil
Preparation
Pour the organic cous cous into a bowl and rehydrate it with warm water. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then fluff up the couscous with a fork. Add the salt, pepper, grated Parmesan cheese and eggs. Mix everything together until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the oil into a frying pan with a diameter of 24 centimeters and heat it well. As soon as the oil is hot, pour the mixture into the pan and flatten it well with the back of a spoon. Let the omelet cook for about 7 minutes.
After this time, turn the omelet with a lid and continue cooking for another 7 minutes. The couscous omelet is ready to be served.
