Properties of almond milk
There are countless properties of almond milk that should be noted, among these we should remember that: it has cellular anti-aging properties due to the presence of the fat-soluble and antioxidant vitamin E. It is also great for your eyes thanks to the rich content of vitamin A.
Thanks to the high content of natural fiber, it protects the intestine and promotes its correct functioning. The presence of omega-6 linoleic acid and the low amount of saturated fat contribute to making almond milk excellent for regulating the absorption of sugars by controlling cholesterol levels in the blood.
Almond milk also regulates digestion as it does not need enzymes to be digested: it is no coincidence that it is recommended for people with intestinal disorders. The vitamin B2 contained in it strengthens nails and hair, and at the same time moisturizes the skin. It is also an ally of the bones because it contains a lot of calcium, vitamin A and vitamin D, which together contribute to their correct development, reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
Almond milk also protects heart health by preventing cardio-circulatory disorders and thus reducing the risk of heart attack and arteriosclerosis. It has anti-tumor properties because it contains a lot of vitamin A, which helps prevent in particular the risk of breast, nervous system and skin cancers.
Properties of wildflower honey
Honey is naturally rich in minerals and antioxidants, more numerous in dark colored wildflower honeys. It is useful in the treatment of flu states, helps to calm coughs and performs antibacterial functions.
It is a precious source of energy, useful for athletes, children, pregnant women, convalescents and the elderly. Furthermore, according to some studies, wildflower honey would be very useful to counteract seasonal allergies. By taking it in small doses, people have experienced an improvement in their body’s reactions. This honey is also useful for the intestine and digestive system.
It can relieve you during states of constipation, balance bacterial levels and improve the overall efficiency of nutrient absorption. In addition, it is also appreciated for the purification of the liver and because it improves circulation. Finally, it is also an excellent ally for skin and hair. Thanks to its antioxidants, it can improve the appearance and tone of the skin, reduce inflammation and promote the healing process.
At a nutritional level, wildflower honey is more complete than other honeys, as they contain pollen from different types of blooms. This is usually not true for industrial honeys, which are often pollen filtered. For this reason, it is recommended to choose a raw honey that has not undergone processing of any kind.
