Today, we bring you a very simple dessert that is also very quick to prepare: mini glass of couscous with cocoa for Halloween.

- 100 ml of milk
- 80 g of classic Martino’s couscous
- 3 tablespoons of sweetened cocoa powder
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 60 g of bitter cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Chocolate chips as needed
- Gummy worms as needed
- Bring the milk to the boiling point in a non-stick pan, and when it starts boiling, turn off the heat and pour in the couscous. Cover with a lid and let the couscous rehydrate for about 4 or 5 minutes. After the necessary time, mix it using a fork.
- Let it cool down for a bit. Meanwhile, put the mascarpone in a bowl, add the sugar, cocoa and mix well until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained.
