Planning a picnic for these spring days?

We’ve got a tasty, lactose-free dessert idea that’s also perfect for children.

We are talking about White chocolate raspberry couscous cookies,a recipe from our food blogger Antonella Falce.


  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 100 g of couscous Martino
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • A pinch of salt


Pour the oat milk into a saucepan and bring it to the boil. Add the couscous and let it rehydrate for five minutes over a low heat, covered with a tea towel.

Pour the couscous into a bowl, add the sugar and oatmeal and stir.

Add the raspberries and white chocolate.

Stir until the mixture is firm.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and use two spoons to form the biscuits.

Bake them at 180° for about 20 minutes.
