As per artt. 13 and 14 of EU reg. 2016/679, we inform you that any personal data we collect from you
or you provide us is handled by S.I.P.A. International S.r.l. to send you information or communication
linked to our activity.

The processing party guarantees to comply with the law in terms of personal data processing.
HOW DATA IS COLLECTED
Personal data we collect from you may include name, surname, telephone number, email address, and
other contact data.
This data is provided by you directly on paper or multimedia means to our staff, who works directly for
the company or on its behalf as collaborators during Martino-branded events.

PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS
Personal data is processed for the following reasons:
a) invoicing customers;
b) direct and/or indirect marketing, carried out by the owner or by those responsible for the
processing, including activities such as sending – by e-mail, text, MMS and Whatsapp – advert
and communication with information and/or promotions related to products and/or services
provided by us or our partners, including gifts or free merchandise.
The legal basis for the above-mentioned processing is the free approval agreed by the individual – Art.
4 comma 11 and art. 6 lett. a) of EU REG. 2016/679.
INDIVIDUALS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS DATA, RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMUNICATION
Personal data is processed by our staff or by third parties specially responsible for processing it on
behalf of SIPA INTERNATIONAL, including companies, bodies, associations, that provide services related
to and necessary for carrying out the above-mentioned activities. The data collected or provided will
neither be communicated to others than those meant in this paragraph, nor to subjects headquartered
in third countries and/or international organisations, unless communicated and explicitly agreed by
you.
Only anonymous and/or aggregated data is divulged, in such a way that the individual is not
recognisable through the data provided.
HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED
Fiscal data collected for invoicing is kept for as long as stated by the law (not exceeding 10 years), data
collected for marketing purposes with your consent is kept for maximum 2 years, unless cancelled
earlier.
YOUR RIGHTS
With regards to personal data processing as per this declaration, you have the right to exercise your
rights as indicated in the EU regulation:
 you have the right to access you data [art. 15 of EU regulation] (the possibility to be informed
about how your personal data is processed and receive a copy if required);
 you have the right to have your personal data amended [art. 16 of EU regulation] (you have the
right to have any incorrect personal data corrected);

 you have the right to have your personal data erased without any undue delay (“right to be
forgotten”) [art. 17 of EU regulation] (you have and will have the right to have your personal
data erased if they are not collected for contractual purposes linked to invoicing);
 you have the right to limit our processing of your personal data as established by art. 18 of EU
regulation, including in cases you claim illicit processing of or protest about personal data [art.
18 of EU regulation];
 you have the right to request that your data is made portable [art. 20 of EU regulation], you
may ask for your personal data in a structured format in order to transfer it to a different
holder, in cases provided for by the same article;
 you have the right to ask us not to process your data [art. 21 of EU regulation] (you have and
will have the right to oppose to the use of your personal data);
 you have the right not to be subject to electronic decision processes, [art. 22 of EU regulation] (you have and will have the right not to be subject to a decision exclusively based upon
electronic processing).

excerpts from the above-mentioned articles. The above-mentioned rights can be excercised as per
regulation by sending an email to privacy@martinotaste.com.
SIPA INTERNATIONAL will inform you about possible amendments, cancellations, or limitations that
have been requested, wherever possible, as per art. 19 of the EU regulation.
With reference to the marketing purposes indicated above, you have the right to withdraw your
consent to your personal data processing anytime by sending an e-mail to privacy@martinotaste.com.
According to art. 7 of EU regulation, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness
of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPALINT
Should you think that we are not processing your data as required by law, you have the right to lodge
a complaint with the Authority for the protection of personal data, following the procedure the Office

CHANGES AND UPDATES
Our privacy policy is valid from the date indicated on its front. SIPA INTERNATIONAL may change or
update it following any possible law changes and/or updates.
